Absolutely. Most of the women who join us start with zero experience. We’ll guide you from your first move to full confidence – no judgment, no pressure, just progress at your pace.

2. I’m not super fit. Will that hold me back?

Not at all. Our sessions are designed for real women, not athletes. You’ll build strength, stamina, and flexibility over time. We teach you how to use what you already have effectively, not overwhelm you with drills.

3. Is the training environment safe and supportive?

Completely. Every class is closely supervised by certified instructors. We keep the space positive, respectful, and empowering – no ego, no aggression. It’s a space where women support women.

4. What should I wear to class or the seminar?

Keep it simple: comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. We’ll take care of the rest with all the right gear and safety equipment.

5. Can I bring a friend, colleague, or my teenage daughter?

Yes! In fact, we love it when women come in pairs or small groups. You’ll push each other, learn faster, and share something that builds real trust and connection.

6. Will this actually help me in a real situation?

7. How soon will I start feeling more confident?
